This support option is for remote support with 9x5 or 24x7 Helpdesk for any covered machine. Therefore, any problems you or your staff have on covered machines, you can ring us up knowing that it is covered.
Each covered machine also comes with anti-virus, anti-malware and crypto-prevention software , so there will be no requirement to purchase these anymore.
This will give you:-
- Server monitoring and Care
- Desktop monitoring and Care
- Network & Security assessments for all equipment
- Executive Reports delivered monthly (example report attached for your server)
- A known I.T. spend throughout the year for support & maintenance.
The cost of this service for an example 6 PC's and 1 server is on a 1 year contract (with 2 month notice period) just £287.50
We are also rolling out a new backup, disaster and recovery system for all clients this year, with amazing options for working during disaster scenarios , your server should be working and available through the most difficult of cirmstances. Also an advanced cyber-security service is also being rolled out this year. This will interest companies with security concerns, particularly ones with PCI demands.
