How can I get a quote for my company?

What happens if my team size changes?
It’s easy to adapt as your team grows. You can add seats anytime, and we’ll charge you a prorated fee for the remainder of your billing cycle. While you can’t remove seats mid-cycle, you can adjust your renewal preferences inside your account so that your next yearly or monthly billing reflects the right number of users.
Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or modify your plan at any time. Just contact our support team, and they’ll guide you through the process.,
Can I mix and match plans?
Yes, we understand that not every business fits neatly into a single category. There is a minimum subscription of 3 users for any Care plan.
We know this might feel unfair if you’re a very small team, but it’s important to consider that supporting a 1 or 2 user business often involves the same infrastructure - like routers, printers, and mailboxes - as supporting a larger business. This “economy of scale” means our costs don’t decrease proportionally with fewer users below this level.
We hope you understand our need for this minimum while we remain committed to serving businesses of all sizes.
