Phasing Out PAYG & Our Special Offer
We know changing the way you pay for support may feel like a big step. To ease that transition, we’re gradually adjusting PAYG pricing and giving you plenty of time to switch. Here’s our roadmap:
- From April 2025:
- PAYG with Direct Debit on file: £95/hour
- PAYG without Direct Debit: £117.50/hour
- From October 2025
- PAYG with Direct Debit on file: £112.50/hour
- PAYG without Direct Debit: £135/hour
These increases reflect the true overhead and resources required to offer reactive, on-demand services. Ultimately, this is about moving away from firefighting and guiding everyone toward a model that’s more reliable and beneficial for all.
Upgrade to Gold Care and Save
For customers who switch to our Gold Care Plan before April 1st, 2025, we’re offering a special reduced rate of £37.50 per user/month for the first 6 months (£45 per user/month thereafter). This way, you can lock in immediate savings and secure the advantages of proactive support before prices go up. Think of it as getting a head start on a smoother, more stable IT environment - like opting for the scenic, well-maintained route instead of the unpredictable backroads.

Without modernising our approach, we risk cutting corners and delivering lesser-quality service - something we refuse to do.
