For the last 20 years runPCrun has provided premium Domain Name Services for its customers free of charge in order to protect our customers websites and email, and paid for the upkeep of this service ourselves.
Unfortunately in these tougher times, we can no longer maintain this service free of charge and will have to start charging for it at a cost of £1.20 per month per domain.

G Suite price increase 2019

G Suite have announced that they will increase their prices on April 2, 2019. The increase will affect both G Suite Basic and Business editions, with G Suite Enterprise remaining the same.

G Suite Basic will increase to £4.60(+ VAT) per user per month, and G Suite Business will increase to £9.21(+ VAT) per user per month. These increases will apply globally, with local market adjustments for certain regions.
(These prices are for an unmanaged service, runPCrun provides first level support for an additional 50p per month per mailbox for both G-Suite plans)

Price Changes in July 2017

We've sent emails discussing the price changes. Here are the new prices from the start of July 2017.

PAYG Support: This support level will be changed to help reflect the true cost of the work required to maintain documentation and systems for clients and sites. Note that our DirectDebit payment method passes the bookkeeping savings back to you, and can reduce costs significantly back down to the old prices. 
If you wish to move to DirectDebit payment method, we will be sending you a fast & simple web signup form for instant savings shortly.

Online Payment Instructions: Vigilance and Security Guidelines

A recent case involving one of our clients unveiled the serious threat of online payment scams. An unsuspecting employee was instructed via an email (seemingly from their company director) to transfer £20,000. A system failure led to a phone conversation between the employee and director, revealing the truth: the director hadn't sent the email.
